Service Description
The service allows users to upload their exported Instagram ZIP files and receive analytics.
- ZIP is processed locally on the user's device
- No file content is sent to the server
§02
Authentication and Premium
The server is used only for:
- User Authentication
- Storing Premium status information
- Processing Payments through Stripe
§03
User Obligations
User may only upload their own data.
The following is prohibited:
- Uploading other people's exports
- Attempting to manipulate the application
- Reverse engineering
- Using the service for harmful purposes
§04
Premium Product
Premium costs 2.99 € and is provided as "lifetime", meaning for the duration of the service's existence.
The operator reserves the right to terminate or modify the service.
§05
Liability
The service is provided "as is".
The operator is not liable for:
- Analysis errors
- Data loss
- Damages caused by using the service
§06
Account Cancellation
User may request account cancellation and data deletion by contacting the operator.
§07
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic and EU legal regulations.
